Abstract: With the arrival of the era of intelligence, smart phones have become an integral part of college students' daily life, which
has a more and more extensive impact on learning atmospheres in colleges and universities. Through the statistical analysis of the
results of the electronic questionnaires collected in 7 undergraduate colleges in northern Anhui, this paper explores the cultivation
methods of excellent learning atmospheres with the popularization of college students' smart phones, strengthens the promotion of
campus learning atmosphere, broadens the applications of smartphones in learning, improves the management and control capabilities
of educators' on smart phones, enhances the self-management awareness of students, and expands the methods of cultivating good
learning atmospheres.
